creative and digital spaces. We don’t let just anyone into our book, though. We are only
interested in working with extraordinary characters with the talent and drive to succeed.

For many recruitment consultancies, it is a ‘numbers game’ mentality that gets their positions filled. At the Little Black Book, we like to approach things differently. We believe in the quality of candidates submitted, not the quantity. We take the time to obtain a full picture of our candidates’ aims and ambitions, not just their salary requirements and more logistical needs.

Though we encourage candidates looking for something new to get in touch with us, it is just as likely that we might get in touch with you first. If we think that you might be a strong match for one of the roles we have been tasked with filling, our proactive, multi-faceted search approach will put you on our list of people to speak to, even if you aren’t actively looking for a job at that time. That’s not to say that our approach is aggressive and pushy, however – we are always respectful of both you and your time.

Even candidates that are satisfied with their current role can secure themselves a place in our Little Black Book, and in doing so, they are kept abreast of exciting and challenging roles as and when they crop up.

Using our comprehensive knowledge of our clients and the working environments that they maintain, we work to match passionate and successful candidates with the hundreds of equally passionate and successful clients that we work with across the UK.

We never put candidates forward for roles without seeking their express permission first. That way, we make sure that you agree that your skills and desires fall in line with the role or roles we have matched for you. This, along with our thorough briefing of what to expect with that employer, puts you in a strong position to perform to the very best of your ability.

No matter who you are – whether you’re a junior looking for your next rung on the ladder, or someone with years of experience looking for a breath of fresh air in a completely new company – we will always respond to your messages and enquiries promptly.

Not all candidates will need it, but if you feel your CV, portfolio or interview technique might need evaluating or tweaking, we can help. We will also help you to tailor your application to the needs of individual roles, and the preferences of companies – giving you the greatest chance of success. 

Honesty

We will never send your details to anyone without your consent. We will also ensure that you are kept up-to-date with application progress and client feedback throughout the process, even if things are moving slower than anticipated.
