Creative Marketing Assistant – Manchester – £18-23k
Fashion retailer, based in South Manchester, is looking for a Creative Marketing Assistant to join their team and support the Head of Retail Marketing.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing across all off-line touchpoints, which will include signage, packaging, point-of-sale (POS), print and photography. You will support the delivery of the marketing strategy by understanding the direction of creative, ensuring internal and external resource are thoroughly briefed and making sure production schedules are met – both in terms of time and also of quality. You will work alongside the visual merchandising and digital marketing teams to ensure homogenous messaging and brand strategy across all channels, and will be the every-day contact for external suppliers (printers, design agencies etc).
To be considered for this role, you must be university-educated, with a degree in a marketing or design-related subject. You will have experience of working within retail or retail marketing and, therefore, a strong understanding of the creative and marketing touchpoints within the retail environment. You will have 1-2 years’ experience within a marketing role, with a focus on project/campaign management. Not only will you have a strong interest in fashion, you will have exceptional creative flair, a keen eye for detail and a passion for conceptual and engaging marcoms.
