Senior Digital Account Manager – Manchester – £35-45k
Highly respected digital agency, based in Manchester, is looking for a SAM or AD, with good technical understanding to join their team, working across key accounts (national and international).
Reporting into the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for managing key agency accounts with varying spends of up to £0.5m. You will work predominantly on web design & build, and app development, with the opportunity to get involved in client strategy and planning. The agency has had some excellent accounts wins recently, so you will be given the opportunity to come in and work on new accounts that you can make your own – there will be minimal legacy work. You will build strong relationships with your clients, as well as with the internal teams.
You will come from an agency-side background, with at least 5 years’ experience. You will have worked on digital projects, which must include web design and build, and you will have a strong technical understanding off the back of this. You will be a positive, proactive and resilient candidate, with a good grasp of the commercial elements of account management. You will be strong with documentation (contact reports, planning, scheduling) and be able to show evidence of this at interview.
