Digital Engagement Manager – South Manchester – £30-33k
Well-respected housing charity, based in South Manchester, is looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to increase online customer interaction with their self-service portal.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and bring innovative ideas to the customer experience programme. You will work with the insight and complaints team, using data and analysis to identify opportunities for greater engagement. You will implement the company’s customer experience strategy, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard at the top of the organisation. You will bring big ideas and the latest thinking in community and digital engagement, liaising with the marketing director and the wider marketing team to ensure a collaborative approach to all communications and engagement.
To be considered for this role, you will have considerable experience of managing traditional and digital customer engagement programmes, and driving measurable success. Ideally you will have agency-side experience and be used to working in a fast-paced environment. You will be adept at stakeholder management and developing relationships with diverse groups of people. You will be a creative, strategic thinking, who can shape projects, drive delivery and personally execute.
