eCRM Manager – Manchester – up to £30k
Fashion and beauty retail brand, based in central Manchester is looking for an eCRM Marketing Manager to take ownership of the company email marketing campaigns and customer database.
Reporting into the Head of eCommerce and Marketing, you will work autonomously, taking control of the customer database and working with the data to create and execute targeted eCRM campaigns (using Dotmailer and Magento). You will work with other members of the marketing team to ensure the content of the emails is engaging, relevant and in-keeping with company tone-of-voice, and you will have the help of a designer, who will create all the visuals. You will be responsible for data segmentation and ensuring the right messaging goes to the right demographic. You will steer away from automated messaging to more creative, targeted, seasonal messaging, with data at the heart of everything you do.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of email marketing and data segmentation in a B2C role (B2B candidates will not be considered). You will be able to quantify your experience with email sends per month and revenue targets, as well as demonstrate your experience with data segmentation and campaign ideas. You should be able to work well autonomously, but also be ambitious, happy to develop your role into a managerial one and take on more junior members of staff to work beneath you further down the line.
