This is a fast-paced but extremely rewarding role that will allow self-development as well as growth of the overall business. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Delivering the entire sales cycle from prospect identification to contract implementation;
* Selling onsite creative and digital agencies that include a range of services including: online and offline creative and design, social media, digital, copywriting and videography
* Developing and implementing structured sales strategies, sales plans and profit targets as well as short term tactics;

Senior Video Producer – Leeds – £35-40k

Highly respected, multi-site creative production agency, is looking for a Senior/Executive Producer to lead on all aspects of video production within their Leeds studio.

Reporting into the Production Director, you will be the company’s senior expert in all aspects of video production. You will work across all production teams, playing a leading role in the following areas:

* Costing and planning – advising on costing of all video jobs, ensuring the jobs are planned in minute detail and in good time. Working closely with the production teams to ensure the creative concepts fit the brief and budget, and that great work is produced for both high and low-value films.
* Resource – working with the studio managers to identify freelance and in-house video talent, with some emphasis on emerging new camera ops/editors – across multiple UK sites.
* Process and Education – work with the directors to define the ideal process to be applied by all when a project has a film element. Train relevant crew members on to approach projects, while encouraging compliance and profitability.
* Growth – video is the fastest growing area of the business, so this person should work closely with client services teams in each location, with a focus on having the right volume of skillset to match the volume of work. You will also act as the go-to across the business when video project strategies are being discussed.
* Kit and facilities – advising on kit requirements (when to hire/buy), with the emphasis on solving briefs with ingenuinty and creativity. Advising studio managers on improvements to the studio facilities to better accommodate video projects (eg sound proofing).
* Reporting – monthly reporting for the directors summarizing the main areas of activity and highlighting achievements, issues, freelance status, commercial objectives etc.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced video producer with studio/agency experience. You will be used to work on many simultaneous projects, with numerous stakeholders.

New Business and Marketing Manager – Manchester – £40-45k

Highly respected media agency, based in central Manchester, is looking for a New Business and Marketing Manager to join their client-focussed team.

Reporting into the Director, your role will have two distinct parts: New Business – responsible for all facets of prospecting for and pitching to new clients, as well as supporting the introduction of new services to existing clients; and Marketing – responsible for building strong relationships within the industry and prospective client sectors in order to enhance the agency’s reputation in the market, including events and PR).

You will run new business pitch processes from first contact to completion. Essential to this will be the management of the key stakeholders involved in the pitch. Pitch responsibilities will vary hugely depending on the requirements of the pitch, from the administrative to the inspirational. This can include video production, pre- and post-pitch marketing, microsite creation and everything in between. You will maintain the momentum of the agency’s prospecting strategy, identifying new business targets and implementing effective contact strategies, producing collateral where required.

You will manage the agency’s PR output by building relationships with key publications in both the media industry and sector specific stakeholders for new business prospects. You will also manage updates to the client contacts database, ensuring this is carried out regularly (minimum three times a year) ready for 100% accurate direct mail opportunities.

You will also oversee the organisation of client, press and internal events, which includes awards entry processes.

You will come from an agency-side background, ideally as an Account Director (or similar), with the experience of pitching and managing clients within creative services and media. You will have a high level of digital literacy, preferably with previous practical experience in implementing B2B / customer relationship marketing. You will have a good working knowledge of the media industry, ideally with experience in a media, marketing, PR or publishing agency. Media sales candidates will be considered, but you must have a demonstrable track record and please note that this role is not commissioned.

To influence quantity and quality of traffic, you’ll work closely with the rest of the B2B marketing team to integrate key company-wide marketing and sales content that engages visitors and converts them into qualified leads and future customers.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

* Copywriting & content creation (newsletters, blog posts, as well as product and services pages)
* Managing daily operations of organic social media, paid social media, organic search, as well as paid search as sources of traffic to the website
* Assistance in the research of and creation of relevant campaign content for promotion of events, exhibitions, products, promotions, and sponsorships, including but not limited to infographics, surveys, landing pages, and emails.
