Graphic Designer (with agency experience) – Manchester – £20-25k

One of Manchester’s top PR agencies is looking for a Graphic Designer, with agency-side experience to join their production team.

Working across a number of high profile, consumer-facing clients, you will design imagery and campaign material for use within PR campaigns, both on- and off-line. Much of this will be social media focussed, so you must have experience of designing for social media campaigns. You will work closely with the production manager and alongside the video editor. You will be given creative briefs and be expected to understand the technical elements of these briefs. Working with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (ideally) and InDesign, you will deliver highly creative work that meet the brief and the technical specifications around digital design and print management.

You will have at least two years’ experience of working within a design/advertising/digital/media agency, working across varying projects for a range of clients, simultaneously. Your portfolio will show a good range of work and a talent for engaging and eye-catching imagery.

Email Marketing Executive – Manchester – £25k

Well-loved charity, based in Salford Quays, is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join their digital team, supporting the marketing effort for various teams across the business.

Reporting into the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for driving and delivering email marketing activity: holding regular content, creative and data meetings with relevant team members, discussing and scoping out future activity. You will edit content supplied by marketing teams, to ensure suitability for the audience, applying digital best practice principles to maximise impact. You will design, build and send regular email campaigns, managing assets (images, video etc) and using dynamic content to personalise messages. You will proof and test all email campaigns thoroughly, ensuring optimal display across different email clients and devices. You will also be responsible for managing the relationship with the company’s email service provider. Finally, you will provide ongoing analysis of email marketing activity, monitoring performance of each send, gathering information from sources including Google analytics and compiling reports for the digital and wider marketing teams.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least two years’ experience within a digital marketing role, with responsibility for email marketing. You will have HTML/CSS skills, able to edit and create emails from template. You will understand the importance of databases and have strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail. You will have experience of using Dreamweaver and Photoshop, and be used to working with email marketing platforms and testing applications.

You will work across a complex stakeholder group and have impact and influence at senior director level. Digital Marketing / Comms Manager – Manchester – £30-35k (12-month FTC)

Charitable organisation, based in South Manchester, is looking for a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to join their marketing team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a view to going permanent thereafter.

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for delivering the digital comms strategy. You will be an experienced digital marketing manager, with a proven track record of delivering significant digital projects, from CRM, to websites, e-marketing and social media – but, most of all, achieving ROI through digital campaigns. Joining at an exciting time, you will help project manage the development of a new website infrastructure for the company (supporting multiple websites). You must be commercially astute and always focusing on delivering an amazing customer experience.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience of working within a dedicated digital role, within a fast-paced commercial environment. You will understand digital systems (including CMS, CRM, SEO, PPD, intranets, analytics) and be experienced in delivering digital marketing and engagement campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well-respected organisation, doing great, worthwhile work. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, but they hope that the role will be made permanent thereafter.
