Digital Project Executive – Manchester – £20-22k

Digital transformation agency, based in central Manchester, is looking for a Digital Project Executive, to support the Project Management team on the delivery of innovative digital solutions across a range of clients.

You will be required to:

* Support the existing project manager in the delivery of key client deliverables. Ensuring the adherence to stringent quality control standards, from concept development to project closure, operational handover maintenance and support, including product and service performance
* Manage application build projects through internal teams and 3rd party Developers.
* Support the project manager in the management and delivery of key development tickets with internal and external teams
* Support on the delivery of projects by working on test cycles and reporting throughout the project.
* Support the project manager by working with internal teams on delivery aligned with client expectations.
* Where required, attend relevant meetings and client conference calls.
* Work with internal teams to produce project core documentation including research, sitemaps, wireframes, specifications, delivery schedules and updates

Required skills and experience:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work in digital teams connected across Europe
* Competent in full google tool suite, including docs, sheets and slides
* Work experience in relevant sector, ideally in a similar position.
* Keen interest in and knowledge of digital technologies and, where possible, direct examples of digital projects, research or delivery
* Confident in working independently, utilising collaborative work tools
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy with an intuitive understanding of the importance of design when delivering internal and external documentation

Senior Marketing Executive – Manchester – £27-29k + benefits

Well-respected financial services company, based in South Manchester, is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with B2B marketing experience to join their team.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will work execute the company’s B2B marketing strategy, with strong analytical and project management skills. You will work across websites, email marketing, event coordination and design collateral, ensuring deadlines are hit and management information is produced. You will take ownership of email marketing (using templates and Adobe CS to ensure they are visually correct). You will help set-up internal and investor-focussed events, while supporting the wider sales and marketing teams across the business to achieve desired goals and targets. You will help produce KPI report for marketing activity, thus monitoring the day-to-day performance of marketing activity, escalating any potential issues and learning from the outcomes of each campaign.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

* 3 years’ experience within a commercial marketing role
* B2B marketing experience
* Educated to degree level (in marketing, communications or something similar)
* Experience of using Photoshop and Illustrator (largely for email marketing purposes)
* Excellent writing skills
* Strong analytics and reporting skills
* Proactive and willing to take on responsibility
* Strong commercial awareness (keen to track the success of campaigns)

If you have a marketing qualification (such as CIM) or any experience within a FCA regulated (or similar) environment, that would be a distinct advantage.

Brand Marketing Manager – Manchester – £40-45k

Well-respected and highly successful female fashion brand, based in South Manchester, is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to oversee group brand management and all offline marketing (including retail).

Reporting into the CEO and overseeing the work of a Marketing Executive, you will work very closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as the buying, merchandising/VM and retail teams. You will be responsible for brand development and homogeny across all touchpoints. You will oversee visual identity, brand experience, copy/tone of voice, packaging, PR, photoshoots, retail marketing/POS and all off-line marketing collateral. It is a wide and varied role, where no two days are the same. One day, you could be working on a bridal brochure, the next working with a large department store, ensuring all seasonal POS is mirrored across concessions. You will keep abreast of trends, competitor analysis and how the high street is changing, to ensure that the brand remains relevant and competitive at all times, while jointly managing the marketing budget for the whole of the group with the Digital Marketing Manager.

To be considered for this role, you must have some commercial experience of fashion or beauty. You will have worked as a marketing or brand manager, operating at a senior level with budget responsibility. You must have retail marketing experience (candidates from purely online/ecommerce businesses will not be considered, unfortunately) and understand the pace and the touchpoints involved in the successful marketing of a brand within the retail space. You will have overseen PR and messaging (working with external agencies) and, most of all, will be a creative guardian, able to direct, protect and develop the brand across all customer-facing touchpoints. Finally, you will have a passion for the fashion industry and the trends by which it is inspired.
