Senior Digital Project Manager/Project Director – Manchester – £37-40k

Well-respected digital design agency, based in the Northern Quarter, is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager (with agency experience) to join their delivery team.

Reporting into the Production Director, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of projects for clients within the entertainment, media and retail industries. You will work closely with the agency’s talented developers (both front- and back-end) and designers, while handling the expectations of the client, as well as budgets and timescales. Projects will include web builds, apps, social media and innovative digital products.

You will be an experienced account or project manager, having focussed on the delivery of large-scale digital projects. You will have agency-side experience (either within a digital agency or within the digital/online department of an integrated marketing agency) and be adept at motivating and getting the best out of a project team. You will have a strong technical understanding, able to translate client requirements into functional and technical specs (with the help of developers).

Leading North West retailer, based in Liverpool, is looking for a Social Media Executive with excellent (and proven) writing skills and creative ideas, to join their social media marketing team.

Reporting into the Social Media Manager, you will be required to create entertaining, engaging and compelling content to push out via the company Social Media profiles and other digital channels. You should be switched on, dedicated and willing to work hard and go the extra mile. Take ownership of the execution and management of social media activities and work closely with the Social Media Manager to help adapt and evolve the content strategy via Content/Videos/ gifs. Fashion retail company, based in North Manchester are looking for a Traffic Manager, ideally with agency-side experience to oversee the smooth process and procedure of work through the creative team.

You will be highly organised, with great attention to detail. You will draw on your previous experience and make proactive suggestions for improvements. You will act as the brand guardian for all campaigns you work on, from conception to completion – ensuring faultless delivery. More specifically, you will have a firm grasp on all required project deliverables, allocating work load in conjunction with department leads, ensuring that Creative Briefs, Campaign Plans, Promotion Briefs and so forth are completed appropriately by the team, and assisting in this completion where needed. You’ll be involved in projects from concept development through to final sign off, co-ordinating and facilitating the process throughout. You’ll have visibility of budgets and will contribute to maximising productivity.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience within a similar role, ideally agency-side (although client-side studio managers will be considered). You will have in-depth project management experience and be adept at briefing creative teams. Any CIM or IPA qualification woud be beneficial, but not essential.

Well-respected travel snd leisure company, based in Chester, is looking for an SEO Manager to join their online marketing team and deliver the SEO strategy for the business.

Reporting into the Head of SEO, you will be responsible for driving the growth of customer bookings via SEO, which will involve managing, mentoring and training the team, monitoring SEO performance to targets and ensuring the team are delivering against KPIs and acting as a key stakeholder in projects – often working across different departments. You will also monitor the performance of the team, taking proactive decisions to address any issues as they come up.

We are looking for someone with strong commercial SEO experience, and a proven track record in delivering growth in this area. You will have previously contributed to and delivered an SEO strategy, have delivered successful SEO campaigns and have some experience of staff management and mentoring. You will have good working knowledge of Google Analytics, Webmaster tools and major link platforms, as well as experience of tracking and managing SEO expenditure to work within a defined budget. Senior Video Producer – Leeds – £35-40k

Highly respected, multi-site creative production agency, is looking for a Senior/Executive Producer to lead on all aspects of video production within their Leeds studio.

Reporting into the Production Director, you will be the company’s senior expert in all aspects of video production. You will work across all production teams, playing a leading role in the following areas:

* Costing and planning – advising on costing of all video jobs, ensuring the jobs are planned in minute detail and in good time. Working closely with the production teams to ensure the creative concepts fit the brief and budget, and that great work is produced for both high and low-value films.
* Resource – working with the studio managers to identify freelance and in-house video talent, with some emphasis on emerging new camera ops/editors – across multiple UK sites.
* Process and Education – work with the directors to define the ideal process to be applied by all when a project has a film element. Train relevant crew members on to approach projects, while encouraging compliance and profitability.
* Growth – video is the fastest growing area of the business, so this person should work closely with client services teams in each location, with a focus on having the right volume of skillset to match the volume of work. You will also act as the go-to across the business when video project strategies are being discussed.
* Kit and facilities – advising on kit requirements (when to hire/buy), with the emphasis on solving briefs with ingenuinty and creativity. Advising studio managers on improvements to the studio facilities to better accommodate video projects (eg sound proofing).
* Reporting – monthly reporting for the directors summarizing the main areas of activity and highlighting achievements, issues, freelance status, commercial objectives etc.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced video producer with studio/agency experience. You will be used to work on many simultaneous projects, with numerous stakeholders.

Large, successful company, based in Harrogate, is launching a new mobile app product (aimed predominantly at consumers) and is looking for a Content and Social Media Manager with excellent writing skills to join their marketing team.

You will join take responsibility for the social media strategy, aligned with the company’s marketing message, and the execution of all social content (both earned and paid). You will work across all consumer-facing social media channels, as well as LinkedIn, to raise awareness of the product within the business sector. You will spend a large amount of time on blogger outreach, ensuring that trusted bloggers are talking and demonstrating the app to their audiences, this could also include celebrity endorsement and the subsequent social campaign that will merit.

Writing is a very important part of this role, as you will be responsible for creating all content across social media, blogs, branding collateral, web content, newsletters, emails and press releases.

This is an autonomous role and you will have complete ownership of the social media function and all marketing content for this mobile app, so it is imperative you are an experienced social media manager, able to own the strategy and execute clever campaigns, alone. You will have an excellent understanding of content and how to create the most engaging content possible for the target customer base. You will be able to show a portfolio of written work across various channels and touchpoints, and any interest in health and wellbeing would be a distinct advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to an experienced and talented social and content manager to really take ownership of the communications for bringing this product to market. You will join prior to the launch, building buzz, and there is the opportunity for this role to develop into a more over-arching Marketing Manager role, post-launch, as the department grows and they take on more junior staff.
