Creative Lead (Digital Campaigns) – Manchester – £negotiable
Well-respected creative agency in central Manchester, whose output is integrated but predominantly digital, is looking for a Creative Lead to oversee all concepting and creative execution for digital campaigns.
You will be a senior and experienced Art Director / Creative Lead, with a specific focus on digital campaigns (in particular social media) – this will include Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, display networks and some offline/analogue channels. You will lead a cross-functional team and be responsible for ideating campaigns across a variety of delivery genres (display advertising, video/motion, episodic content, to drive viral and shareable content through online channels. You will be heavily involved in pitching ideas to both new and existing clients, ready to push boundaries, whilst knowing what works across each channel. Finally, you will oversee more junior creatives within the team and help in the training and upskilling of creatives within the agency.
To be considered for this role, you will have worked agency-side and be able to show a portfolio filled with current, fresh and cross-channel thinking, with a particular focus on social channels. You will have hands-on experience of campaign ideation and production, excellent organisational skills and the ability to support and guide more junior members of the team. Any experience of directing/creating video content would be distinctly advantageous, as would animation skills.
