Highly respected, global, full-service marketing consultancy, based in Macclesfield, is looking for a (Senior) Account Manager with Technology or Telecoms sector experience to join their client services team.

Reporting into the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a number of global technology clients. You will work on customer advocacy marketing and customer reference, with a focus on content creation. You will be an experienced account manager, with agency-side experience and have worked on B2B campaigns with technology or telecoms clients in the past. Email Marketing Executive / Manager – Wigan – £25-30k

Highly respected education courses provider, based in Wigan, is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive / Manager, with at least 3 years’ experience, to join their digital marketing team.

Reporting into the Head of Digital, you will implement the email marketing strategy for the company, using data and business intelligence to plan marketing activity (focussing on the generation of website conversions). You will manage data flow and send volumes, using product and audience insight to segment and build datasets for each campaign. You will develop the email marketing schedule, developing and optimising product-specific, automated programmes. You will report on all email activity, drawing insightful conclusions for continuous optimisation, while tracking and analysing website traffic flow, to support the wider optimisation projects.

To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience working with email marketing platforms (Adestra is advantageous). Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience of WordPress and building SEO landing pages is also required. You will understand CRMs (Salesforce experience is advantageous). You will have a strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics, a good working knowledge of Excel and strong copywriting skills. Any design skills and graphic design software skills would be useful, in order to produce campaign graphics. This role reports to the Senior Developer who leads on platform development and all back-end coding.

The ideal person will have an excellent understanding of front end web development, specifically HTML5, CSS3, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Ajax and jQuery. You will be obsessed with delivering absolute pixel-perfect frontend development, as well a high level of competency with responsive.

You will have a passion for all things coding. You will be an enthusiastic and positive person who is looking to develop and deliver world-class coding practices in a fast-paced environment. Above all we are looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well, who can problem-solve and someone who loves to learn and develop their skills.

PR & Internal Comms Manager – Manchester – £43-48k

Well-respected housing charity, based in South Manchester, is looking for a PR and Internal Comms Manager to join their marketing and customer experience team.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will manage the delivery and development of the PR and Comms Plan, ensuring that goals are met and exceeded. You will manage proactive and reactive press coverage for the company’s brands and its leadership team. You will produce PR content for both B2B and B2C press, overseeing content production for outreach (working alongside a Content Manager). You will also work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure an optimised flow of content on social media. You will oversee customer communications, applying brand tone of voice and ensuring all comms are well-planned and timely. You will manage award entries and support management meetings, events and conferences with relevant content.

On the internal comms side, you will develop a new internal communications approach, to include a strong narrative based on corporate objectives. You will implement a new leadership communication programme and update all current channels (with a particular focus on reaching non-office-based employees). You will identify and own problems, working with the right people to solve them quickly, while always working with the wider marketing team to ensure a collaborative approach and consistent message.

To be considered for this role, you should have experience of working at pace, managing multiple brands and preferably with agency-side experience (if not, then experience of working as a journalist). You will have considerable experience of managing PR and comms plans, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. You will have excellent news sense, with strong writing and editing skills, as well as a familiarity with media databases, forward features and press request tools (such as Kantar and Cision).

You will also have considerable experience of managing an internal communications programme, delivering through a variety of channels, using engaging and creative content. You will be experienced in measuring and analysing the success of internal communications and to align communications with corporate objectives.

You will be highly organised, with great attention to detail. You will focus on digital-first campaign delivery and draw on your previous experience to make proactive suggestions for improvements. You will act as the brand guardian for all campaigns you work on, from conception to completion – ensuring faultless delivery. More specifically, you will have a firm grasp on all required project deliverables, allocating work load in conjunction with department leads, ensuring that Creative Briefs, Campaign Plans, Promotion Briefs and so forth are completed appropriately by the team, and assisting in this completion where needed. Audio branding specialist, based in Old Trafford, is looking for a Music Supervisor to join their team, project managing the composition, transcription and delivery of bespoke music packages across a range of clients.

Reporting into the Head of Music and Voice, you will work within a team of 4 music supervisors, each responsible for their own client base. You will take the briefs from the account managers, who have written them with the clients, and interpret them into musically-articulate descriptions, ready to give to external composers to create the pieces of music. You will work with around 50 composers, understanding the talents of each and ensuring that they are given projects appropriate to their style and experience.

Once the track is received, you will be responsible for writing a rationale for the work to the client and, once they are happy, transcribing the track (using Logic Pro and/or Sibelius), be that electronically or manually with a keyboard.

You will work to tight deadlines (the turn-around for each projects is 10 working days) and be highly organised, managing multiple projects at any one time. You should have the following experience/skills:

* A degree in Music Technology or other relevant discipline
* A comprehensive understanding of composition and production
* An awareness of current industry trends
* Excellent communication skills
