PPC Account Manager – Central Manchester – £25-35k

One of Manchester’s most respected digital marketing agencies is looking for a PPC Account Manager to join their search team, working across large, well-known, consumer-facing brands.

Reporting into the Head of PPC, you will lead the PPC strategy across a range of client accounts (including large, retained clients and new business). You will manage two PPC Executives and, as a result, must have man-management experience (people at Senior Executive level will be considered). You will work on your own client portfolio, creating campaigns and strategies suitable for the business needs and to grow traffic to their sites. You will continually monitor the campaigns and, through site audits and interpreting analytical data, you will make recommendations with detailed reporting.

You will be an experienced PPC Account Manager or Senior Executive with agency-side experience and experience of managing/overseeing more junior staff. You will be able to demonstrate experience of bid management systems, key word research, user behaviour trends, market analysis and report/presentation writing. You will be highly accomplished at using Google Adwords, Google Analytics and webmaster tools, as well as having a strong knowledge of the other PPC platforms.

PHP Developer – Manchester – up to £25-35k

Successful and growing marketing agency, based in Manchester city centre, is looking for a PHP Developer to join their team.

Working closely with the design team and the other developers, you will create and nurture client projects, across a range of sectors. Your role will be hands on development with the additional responsibility of setting the standards for PHP and backend code within the team.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Planning and organising the development of large scale projects based on client briefs
* Setting the standard for PHP Development within the team
* Liaising with the management team regarding work items
* Knowledge of PHP frameworks and MySQL databases Identifying and debugging code errors

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

* 2+ years commercial experience as a developer, preferably within a creative agency
* A strong awareness of emerging technology and web standards
* Experience working with WordPress
* Facebook Connect, FBML integration, Facebook apps, Twitter etc
* API e.g. Google Maps, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube
* Version control experience
* Good communication skills
* A passionate problem solver
* An organised person who is a stickler for detail
* Familiarity with web server configuration applications

To influence quantity and quality of traffic, you’ll work closely with the rest of the B2B marketing team to integrate key company-wide marketing and sales content that engages visitors and converts them into qualified leads and future customers.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:

* Copywriting & content creation (newsletters, blog posts, as well as product and services pages)
* Managing daily operations of organic social media, paid social media, organic search, as well as paid search as sources of traffic to the website
* Assistance in the research of and creation of relevant campaign content for promotion of events, exhibitions, products, promotions, and sponsorships, including but not limited to infographics, surveys, landing pages, and emails.
* Client and prospect database management via the marketing automation tool Marketo, along with visibility relevant to new leads generated from campaigns, increased website traffic, increase traffic engagement, and lead progression from visitors to customers.

To be considered for this role, you should have two years’ experience and a good understanding of the following channels: social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, content management and website updates. You will also require the following skills and experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English Language or similar educational background.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent copywriting and editing skills. Attention to detail.
* Strong topic researching and analytical skills
* Confident verbal communication skills.
* The ability to quickly learn about new subject areas and write content on these subjects
* Excellent organizational skills, often working to tight deadlines.

* At least 1 years’ experience in Social Media.

Senior Video Producer – Leeds – £35-40k

Highly respected, multi-site creative production agency, is looking for a Senior/Executive Producer to lead on all aspects of video production within their Leeds studio.

Reporting into the Production Director, you will be the company’s senior expert in all aspects of video production. You will work across all production teams, playing a leading role in the following areas:

* Costing and planning – advising on costing of all video jobs, ensuring the jobs are planned in minute detail and in good time. Working closely with the production teams to ensure the creative concepts fit the brief and budget, and that great work is produced for both high and low-value films.
* Resource – working with the studio managers to identify freelance and in-house video talent, with some emphasis on emerging new camera ops/editors – across multiple UK sites.
* Process and Education – work with the directors to define the ideal process to be applied by all when a project has a film element. Train relevant crew members on to approach projects, while encouraging compliance and profitability.
* Growth – video is the fastest growing area of the business, so this person should work closely with client services teams in each location, with a focus on having the right volume of skillset to match the volume of work. You will also act as the go-to across the business when video project strategies are being discussed.
* Kit and facilities – advising on kit requirements (when to hire/buy), with the emphasis on solving briefs with ingenuinty and creativity. Advising studio managers on improvements to the studio facilities to better accommodate video projects (eg sound proofing).
* Reporting – monthly reporting for the directors summarizing the main areas of activity and highlighting achievements, issues, freelance status, commercial objectives etc.

To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced video producer with studio/agency experience. You will be used to work on many simultaneous projects, with numerous stakeholders.
