Digital Account Manager (Social Media / PR) – Manchester – £25-35k

Top PR agency is looking for a motivated, creative and enterprising digital and social media consultant to join their rapidly expanding digital team – working primarily with consumer clients.

Within this role you will have the opportunity to provide account/client management, digital consultancy, social media activity and campaign delivery to a variety of brands and organisations. You will support the Account Directors (and the wider team) on driving digital growth, while being the main lynchpin on key digital and social accounts. You will manage and provide community management, influencer mapping, social media content writing, digital insight and digital account management. You will work with the PR teams to create strategic and creative campaigns that work across both off-line and digital channels, while creating proposals and costings for the digital activity.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate success in digital/ social media communications (either for clients or in-house), particularly in terms of community management and audience engagement (whether influencers, end customers, or both). You will have excellent copywriting abilities and some experience of owned, earned and paid online media. You will have a good knowledge of digital research, analysis and measurement techniques, and a sound understanding of web technology to support campaign execution. Any web development or video production experience would be an advantage (although not a pre-requisite).

Digital Manager – South Manchester – up to £35k

Well respected integrated communications agency, is looking for a Digital Manager to join their team to manage web development projects and IT/server management.

As the Digital Manager, you will work closely with creative and content teams on a range of projects and clients, where you’ll lead the team of developers. You will be a technically-minded person, with at least 5 years’ experience (ideally in an agency environment) with the following skills:

- Experience of managing websites through the development, client approval, staging and go live process
– Detailed knowledge of WordPress CMS
– Basic understanding of code
– General web maintenance and updates
– Logical troubleshooting and hot fixes
– Liaison with hosting companies and dealing with server management
– Provision of technical support to clients
– Google Analytics set-up and reports
– Ability to quote, scope out and manage new web projects
– Experience of managing developers – both internal and external
– Ability to liaise with clients and advise on all things digital

Any experience in PPC, technical social media and web developing (hands-on coding) would be a distinct advantage.

Signage Graphics Designer – North Manchester – £28-32k

Well-respected fashion retailer, based in North Manchester, is looking for an experienced Signage and Graphics Designer to work across design projects for retail stores, both nationally and abroad.

Reporting into the Signage and Graphics Studio Manager, you will be responsible for creating innovative and inspiring graphics and signage – including fascias, store wayfinding signage, environmental graphics and visual merchandising point-of-sale graphics. You will liaise with key project stakeholders from retail marketing and multichannel merchandising, as well as external design agencies and planning departments, in order to obtain statutory approvals and advertising consents for detailed signage construction. You will attend site meetings and present your designs with the project delivery team, while offering your assistance and support to junior designers, where necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience of designing for large format graphics for interior projects. You will have worked, or will be working for a signage manufacturer and have a strong understanding of designing graphics to help navigate space (regardless of building type). You will have a good understanding of how products are built and have site experience (whether that be retail or other building construction). You will be fully fluent in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, have a Graphic or Product Design degree, a full driving license and a valid passport, willing to travel internationally. Any experience of 3D rendering or working in AutoCAD would be advantageous.

Well-respected fashion retailer, based in North Manchester, is looking for an experienced and senior Retail Marketing Manager to join their team, focussing on consumer-relevant campaigns, promotions and in-store communications (POS).

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the retail stores, by positively impacting footfall, conversion, ATV, UPT and profit margin, across all store formats. You will help to develop the global and local retail marketing calendars, working closely with the merchandising and brand marketing teams. You will ensure that campaign targets are properly set, evaluated and met, and that marketing budget is optimised. You will deliver hands-on testing (functional, UI, regression, performance, usability, sanity checking) with a good eye for detail. Reporting into the directors, you will work closely with content, development and product strategy colleagues, to ensure that all communication is engaging and beautifully designed. Being the only in-house designer, you will work across all channels and touchpoints. You will create page layouts, marketing materials, digital ads, UIs, social media posts and illustrations. You will design for the company app, website, brochures, emails and social media, but may also be called up to design for events, exhibitions, internal comms and video animations. So this is a very varied role!

To be considered for this role, you must be a mid/senior-level designer, able to work on your own initiative and collaborate with senior members of the marketing department. You will be equally comfortable concepting new campaign ideas, as ensuring pixel perfect artwork for print. You must have good illustration skills and ideally animation skills. You will have worked across a variety of brands and sectors, and have a portfolio of beautifully-crafted design work to show, which demonstrates your ability to work cross-channel.
