Marketing Lead (Fashion Retail) – Amsterdam – €55-80,000
Fashion retail brand, with their head office in the UK, is looking for a Marketing Lead to oversee brand awareness and footfall across mainland Europe (10 territories).
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and leading a team of managers and execs, you will be responsible for positively impacting footfall and brand awareness across all store formats, through flawlessly executed, consumer-relevant marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communications (POS). You will work very closely with senior management at head office, while overseeing the development of local retail marketing calendars, aligned with merchandising and brand marketing for mainland Europe. You will have ongoing budget management for all territories and will determine the strategy for brand awareness across Europe, using a mix of media, PR, sponsorship and experiential marketing.
To be considered for this role, you must have solid business acumen and an in-depth knowledge of retail marketing KPIs. Offline retail marketing experience across multiple territories is absolutely essential (candidates without this experience will not be considered). You will be highly numerate, with the ability to analyse and understand data. You will have proven management experience and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken). Any experience of media buying, working with third part agencies and event management would be distinctly advantageous.
