If we think that you might be a strong match for one of the roles we have been tasked with filling, our proactive, multi-faceted search approach will put you on our list of people to speak to, even if you aren’t actively looking for a job at that time. That’s not to say that our approach is aggressive and pushy, however – we are always respectful of both you and your time.
Even candidates that are satisfied with their current role can secure themselves a place in our Little Black Book, and in doing so, they are kept abreast of exciting and challenging roles as and when they crop up.

We never put candidates forward for roles without seeking their express permission first. That way, we make sure that you agree that your skills and desires fall in line with the role or roles we have matched for you. This, along with our thorough briefing of what to expect with that employer, puts you in a strong position to perform to the very best of your ability.

Not all candidates will need it, but if you feel your CV, portfolio or interview technique might need evaluating or tweaking, we can help. We will also help you to tailor your application to the needs of individual roles, and the preferences of companies – giving you the greatest chance of success.
