professionals maintain policies of bombardment when it comes to their clients, but when it comes to
the Little Black Book, it’s quality not quantity.
As well as the clients that approach us directly, we reach out to exceptional businesses of our own accord. Our search effort is proactive, multi-faceted but above all, sensitive and well judged. Our experience and intuition puts us in an ideal position to recognise when a strong candidate would be a great fit for your business. We also know when it’s inappropriate to push a particular candidate and we make sure to strike the perfect balance between contacting you too much, and too little.

Not only do some of our existing clients recruit exclusively from the Little Black Book, but we still work with a large number of companies that have been with us since day one.
We only put forward candidates that, for one, we think match the skills and appetites that clients require, but that also have agreed themselves that they are an appropriate fit for the role presented to them. If we ever feel that our expertise will not extend to your particular field or position, we will tell you. In the same way, if the industry climate is such that filling your position will be a particularly difficult or lengthy process, we will let you know of that too.
